I Can Justify Illegally Downloading Advent Children In Three Words
And they are...
Final Fantasy X-2
Final Fantasy X-2 is the worst RPG game I've ever played. No, I take that back. It doesn't deserve to be called an RPG, because RPGs usually have a story. The only purpose I could see for writing this is to give fanfic newbies something they can compare their work to and feel better about their horrible stories.
Let me summarize the entire game in the following manner:
Square Enix robbed us of our money and stole forty hours of our life that we will never get back. FFX2 is the most conniving, innovative torture device to be created by man since the Iron Maiden. If you want to play Final Fantasy X-2, I'd advise going into your little sister's room and play make-believe and dress-up. You'll probably follow the story and gameplay of the actual game.
You start off when Rikku brings a sphere to Yuna showing some guy who looks like that guy she fell in love with but didn't exist to begin with. Confused? It gets worse from there. You are then presented with a long list of bullshit missions and sidequests to do, including being robbed seven successive times by your rivals. It turns out that the airship that helped defeat Sin can't defend against a force of three weak bitches that Yuna, Rikku, and Paine can slaughter in a few attacks.
More bullshit, then yet even more bullshit, and you eventually discover that the guy in the sphere was THE ULTIMATE VILLAIN!!11oneon
And, to make things more cliche, he's using technology from one thousand years ago to try and destroy the world.
This is followed by yet even more bullshit, all leading up to you fighting the Tidus wannabe and Vegnagun. Then, if you aren't a fuck-up or if you powerplayed to get the ultimate fairy princess dress, then you get the good ending, Tidus and Yuna are reunited, and the entire Final Fantasy fanbase is in uproar.
If anyone actually enjoyed this game, then you must be a six year old girl because this game sucks.
My Score: -83.7 out of 10
On one last note, I must say that if they profitted from this cowshit they call a game, then they don't deserve our money from this moment on. Take a stand, illegally download Advent Children!
