Kobra Wants Your Opinion? OMIGOSH!!
Calm down, freakshow! I just want to know if you guys like my rants with different text colors. Personally, I believe it breaks from the monotonousity and makes them seem like it's not all recycled dry humor and asshole remarks.
However, I think that if I do it too much, it could just become an annoyance. That is why I am actually respecting your opinions enough to ask you all for any input you might give me. Cherish this moment, for I probably will never ask for your guys' opinions again (especially if you all say "GREEN SUCKS!! Use a different color scheme like those 18 other people just said, OMG you big meanie don't make fun of MLK he was my hero!!1")
Hell, while I'm at it, if you have anything else you feel like adding, feel free to add it along with your comment. You probably were going to anyway, and I was probably going to ignore it anyway.
I liked them plain, lol. The colors remind me of some annoying AIM-whore (without font changes). I'm not saying sometimes certain color schemes are inappropriate (for instance they made a nice touch in the 9/11 article) but in most cases I don't see a need.
I got one, I don't mind the Text colors a bit, but I havent had a chance to say it in an IM, (Forgetting is Humanities Plague, Besides Jesusfreak2006, he pwns forgetting)
I like the Image BG in the Left Box on the Mainpage, (News), but I think what the problem was last time was size, not brightness, Its a great Image, but IMO I'd think it'd look cooler and be more prominent if you made it just a little bigger so that the "Flares?" I guess seemed to stretch further through the box.
Aside from that, but on similar note, The Archived article's Box, or whatever the ones below the three boxes are, could have maybe a faded RPG Charset cartoon or something, Like the banner ones, The Dark BG would make the font just as easy to read, but it would look nice to have an Alternate BG image from the Category boxes.
Idea: Why not make a few Charset Cartoons (I dont know why, I just call them cartoons) graphically detailing Popular, or personal Favorite, articles in KC's History... Namely, these could include "The Bria Incident," "E.O.R." and such.
I've already mentioned the Image border, and the Reshaping of the banner so its less square, so there ya go!
Oh, and I realize I just threw a bunch at you, so if you consider doing the Charset things, tell me, I'll help out if possible
