So That Means You All Condemn ''Bowling For Columbine'' Too, Right?
I've read an immense amount of criticism directed towards a game called Super Columbine Massacre RPG. And, to say the least, my bullshit detector went emo and self-destructed. In protest of their overwhelming stupidity, I decided to host a copy of the game on Kobra's Realm for two reasons: I agree with Danny Ledonne for making this game. And, to be honest, I wanted to be spiteful to those close-minded presumptuous assholes.
What I love most is when these assholes say stuff like "I refuse to download this video game, [but I must be psychic] because I already know it's a blood-fest that glorifies and endorses wanton slaughter of innocent civilians just by looking at the damn NAME of the game." When I first encountered these idiots, I thought "Please. Nobody could possibly be this stupid." Wrong. These idiots usually followed it up with an analogy of making a game about incestuous rape or how much they enjoyed movies such as "Bowling for Columbine" and how deplorable they found this horrendous game that they haven't even played yet.
If you're one of the aforementioned dipshits, I have one simple question for you: How is this game any different from the Columbine documentaries? You'll probably mumble some ill-formed sentence about blood lust, and I'll probably chokeslam you into a tiger pit for being so incredibly stupid. The only difference from Super Columbine Massacre RPG and the dozens of documentaries about the shootings are, other than the obvious different media, the fact that the central characters are Eric and Dylan. This isn't some contrived story pieced together from traumatized victims recalling how horrible it was, this is you witnessing the horror they are unleashing from their point of view, and probably being sickened by it.
The disgust for their actions is complemented by an understanding of Eric and Dylan, the people. Not two psychopathic "goth" kids who went on a rampage to kill everyone because they popped pills, played violent games, and listened to music; but because they were beat down every day and began to hate each and every person at the school. By seeing it from their eyes, we are able to gain a greater perspective on what happened that day. Some counter-criticisms have claimed that it's "the opposite perspective" when compared to the rudimentary documentaries, but that claim isn't accurate. Super Columbine Massacre RPG is as close of an unbiased view at the Columbine shooting as we will ever have the opportunity to witness.
Yet, in spite of all this, the fanatics crawl out from the woodwork to send Danny Ledonne hatemail, threats, and overall anger just because he decided to take a controversial stand that they themselves were too afraid to take, for fear of offending someone. There's a thin line between controversial and offensive, and this game doesn't cross that line. Trust me, I've played it all the way through. The message isn't "let's go shoot up a school," you morons. The message is: This is what happened, and this is why they did it.
Anyone who refuses to accept this needs to pull their head out of their ass and stop clinging to what the media has declared as "acceptable." Sometimes you gotta push the envelope, and that's what Danny did. If you don't like it, then don't play the game. It's that simple. While we're on that subject, what are you people accomplishing by attacking him? Ledonne has no intentions of pulling his game from the internet, and he already said that this would be his only RPG Maker project. But far be it from you to understand logic. Just keep on suckin' sustenance from the media's teet and spitting fire at people for standing up for a neutral perspective, you fascist douche-bags.
And anyone who attempts to get me to pull the download from my website will be ball-gagged and ass-raped with a giant spork. Either that, or added to my block list. I can't decide which.

I agree with most of this, The Game isn't exceptional in quality, but it's not exactly a "LET'S SHOOT'EM UP" Western either. I disagree with the methods taken by Eric and Dylan, intensely, but hiding from something because of the result, does not clarify the cause.
The Cause may not be justified, but it is there nonetheless, and the only thing learning about it can do, is benefit society, or none at all; Evil, however, is conspicuosly absent, unless you are one of those idiots who would rather try to recreate this scenario.
Keep in mind, this was Ledonne's only RPG Maker game. He's a film maker, after all; not a game designer. We have higher standards because we can meet our own technical expectations. Imagine your first RPG Maker game having this much attention.

First, let's point out your mistakes in posting. You posted a blank comment AND double posted. This only enunciates your stupidity.
Second, you have absolutely no idea how to use proper punctuation. "no no no. i disagree there is no reaosn why they did it." The correct way to point out your ideals in that sentence would be "No no no, I disagree. There is no reason why they did it." Note the correct spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
Third, your ideas are meaningless. I can somewhat see where your coming from, in some cases. Here are your statements.
1) There is no reason why they did it.
You go on to give a reason in a later sentence. As Kobra would stay, my bull**** alarm is going off.

What do murderers give at trials? Reasons. Of course, killing is wrong (despite what Omen says), but people have reasons.

I don't know exactly what you're trying to say. The way you say it, it sounds like you mean that there is a "manly" or "correct" way to kill someone. What do you suggest? Strangling? A knife? Daniellewhowill: Shut the fuck up, the local issues with sosa are about some punkass kids who think they are "gangsta" by killing two kids. They deserve to rot, and so they will.
Eric and Dylan obviously did it because they hated how things were going in life either at home, school, or life in general. They didn't just decide "Lets shoot some people to be cool", acts such as those are out of desperation, something obviuosly pushed them to the edge. They are not "pussies" for what they did. Its just horrible it had to happen that way.
On the other hand, they could have killed everyone and I wouldn't give a shit either way.
I'm sorry if you thought I was advocating murder. You are absolutely right in your last post. On a lighter note, I'm happy to see someone using the term "ack". I started utilizing that word after Lucca from the video game "Chrono Trigger" says "Ack!" when shes scratched by a Naga-Ette. My brother's think it's stupid, but they're obviously wrong because "Chrono Trigger" is inherently perfect.
I'm a little confused by your statement. "Anything but perfect" seems to signify that Chrono Trigger is not perfect. But the "division by zero" statement obviously means infinity. Do you mean its infinitly perfect or infinitly imperfect?
