Kobra's Corner is made entirely up of Kobra's opinions. The information is provided "as is" and is not to be considered factual in any degree and/or form. The information is the opinion of the author, and is an exercise of the author's Freedom of Speech. If you have any disputes with what the author says, send the author an e-mail and he may or may not consider your suggestions/complaints.
Regarding Hatemail: Any angry/flame emails sent to the author, any angry/flame comments posted on this website, or any angry/flame posts on any other media that the author accesses regularly regarding Kobra's Corner are to be considered Hate Mail. If I consider it to truly be hatemail, I will handle hate mail in the following way:
1. I will use any information sent to me through e-mail headers or collected by the server to identify the hate mail sender.
2. I will copy the "hate mail" into a web page (in its entirety... which means I'll post EACH AND EVERY header I recieve, including From-IP) and post my "response" to it (Response does not necessarily mean what I replied to your e-mail/etc. with). The aforementioned "response" is to be taken entirely as opinion and possibly humorous, and any suggestions to the contrary are wrong.
3. I will post a link to the new hatemail on Kobra's Corner.
My response to hate mail will not change, under any circumstances. If you wish for me to remove any information from my page, however, I might do so if I feel generous and you write a 500 word or more essay on how goldy awesome I am. That's not a joke.
Regarding Libel and/or Slander Towards an Individual:
Anything posted on Kobra's Corner that is a personal and direct attack on a person's character is to be taken as satire. If you disagree, feel free to sit helplessly with your thumb up your ass and send off a few hatemails because that's about all you can do.
If you disagree with these policies, do not send me hate mail and I do not encourage you to ever visit my website again. Remember, you don't have to read my website. You have the option of going elsewhere.
