Privacy breeds nonconformity, as well as really weird sexual fetishes in some people. Shallow is the person who seeks pointless validation from his/her peers. Hated is the person who doesn't. Only in our fucked up culture can I read a book from the Romantic period that involves an Evil Puritanical Society ostracizing an adulterer, and read a dystopian science fiction book about sex and relationships. Not only is hatred a learned behavior, but children must also be taught willful ignorance and complacency by their elders. If people want my unconditional respect, they are incapable of earning it. [3] Sanity is an illusion based on the perceived average level of dysfunctionality. The difference between a genius and a madman: A genius succeeds, a madman fails. Pride is dedicating an entire page to your quotes.
