If you're as sick of hearing about the Proposition 8 bullshit as I am, don't fret. I'm not going to repeat or refute the same tired arguments for or against Proposition 8. I have something else in mind.
According to the "Protect Marriage" website (their caps, not mine):
". . . we need to pass this measure as a constitutional amendment to RESTORE THE DEFINITION OF MARRIAGE as a man and a woman."[source]
How cute. They're trying to paint themselves as traditionalists, not religious nuts. They want to "restore the definition of marriage." Tradition matters, right?
"I Pledge Allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible with liberty and justice for all."
Above: The October 1892 version of the Pledge of Allegiance[source]. Below: The pre-1955 US one dollar bill[source].

With these evidences in mind, I propose the following: Anyone who supported California's Proposition 8 for "traditionalist" reasons but does not support removing "In God we trust" from our currency or reverting the Pledge of Allegiance to its former state is a FLAMING HYPOCRITE!
If traditions matter so damn much, why be discriminate about it? You don't want gays to marry because you think it will somehow damage your marriage, but you don't want our money our the public education system to remain secular? Smells like bullshit to me.
With their secular "traditionalist" facade blown into a million pieces, all these crazy bastards will have left to fall back on is a religious argument, and the ACLU can destroy that with two words: "Establishment Clause."
