Why Doesn't Mexico Float into South America?
The other day, the rednecks at my school were talking about how great Texas is. They were saying things like "Texas is the only state that can secede from the union" to glorify the vast wasteland and I couldn't help but think, "If that's the case, then why haven't they already seceded?"
Texas... who would miss it? If you guys think you're so great because you have the option to become your own country, DO IT ALREADY!
Sitting around talking about leaving the union and "Southern pride" is annoying. We couldn't appreciate you any more than we already do, I assure you.
Texas is kinda like the 15 year old whiny goth kid who threatens to move out of the house and drop out of school but never goes through with it. We're tired of your boasting and your bitching but you're too much of a coward to fulfill your bluffs.
I've got a great idea. Let's give Texas to the Mexicans. They already make up 80% of the Texas population to begin with. That way you guys can stop threatening to leave, we can get rid of you, and then we can raze the entire state to the ground for disrespecting the sacrifices made at the Alamo in one fell swoop.
Texas is almost as bad as Florida. When my family was moving to Florida, we stopped in San Antonio, Texas and the pizza there made me sick for two days.
Your time is running out, Texas. Put up or shut up.
